Vavoom Return Policy?
The Return Policy of vavoom.com.au is as follows:
- All items are to be returned to the store within 7 business days of delivery at the customer's expense.
- The right to deny a return is reserved if items are used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of excessive hair, make-up, perfumes, scents or fake tan on the fabric.
- If goods are deemed to be faulty, a replacement item will be offered in the first instance. However, if no replacement is available, a full refund of the purchase price or a store credit with a 3-year expiry will be issued.
- If a customer has changed their mind or the goods do not fit, the goods can be returned within 7 days of delivery and a store credit with a 3-year expiry will be issued or an alternative size sent.
- Please note that there are no returns on sale items. If the goods are deemed to be faulty then in the first instance a replacement item will be offered, however, should there be no replacement available, a full refund will be issued.
- For hygiene reasons, returns are not offered for jewellery. Items purchased on sale or during a promotion are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
